Helen's 100km in 1 month
I am running 100km in June to raise money for Doctors Without Borders / Læger uden Grænser.
Doctors Without Borders brings medical humanitarian assistance to victims of conflict, natural disasters, epidemics and healthcare exclusion. They are working in more than 70 countries including in Ukraine where they are delivering urgent medical supplies, training health workers on managing mass casualty incidents, running mobile clinics, and organising medical evacuations of hospitalised patients.
I am raising money to show my support to some of my friends and travel buddies who have been affected by the war in Ukraine. Special mention to Igor who recently began training with the Ukrainian army!
